Nicholsons Property Services is an independently owned estate agency business founded in May 2005. The directors of the company, Graham Rumsby and Alasdair Nuttall, have over 50 years industry experience between them in the local marketplace.

Following the success of residential sales our Lettings Department opened in May 2007 headed up by Debbie Holman who herself has over 12 years experience letting properties.

At Nicholsons we take a pro-active approach to selling and letting property combining traditional estate agency methods with the latest marketing and technology to ensure maximum exposure of every property to the widest possible audience.
